We build and publish digital products under our own brand and on behalf of clients. Our work extends globally, with operations, clients, and users across multiple countries. 4. Software and Application Publishing

ZyroByte develops and publishes applications on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store, and other official platforms. By using or installing our software, users agree to the terms outlined here as well as the respective platform's licensing and terms of use. We reserve the right to remove or suspend access to any of our applications for violations of our terms, policies, or applicable laws.

5. Client Services and Projects

We provide custom software and design services for clients. Project timelines, deliverables, and ownership rights are governed by individual service agreements. All source code, assets, and deliverables remain the property of ZyroByte until full payment is received and an official transfer is agreed upon. We reserve the right to showcase client projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

6. eCommerce Operations

ZyroByte operates and manages online shops across various global marketplaces. These eCommerce platforms may be hosted directly or indirectly under the ZyroByte brand. All transactions processed through these platforms are subject to individual product terms, refund policies, and international sales regulations.

7. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process user data for the purpose of providing our services. This includes data submitted through forms, usage tracking, application analytics, and account registration.
