ZyroByte Corp. (“ZyroByte,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and transparency. 5. End-to-End Encrypted Applications

Certain services and applications offered by ZyroByte use end to end encryption. When enabled, encrypted content is never stored, accessed, or decrypted by ZyroByte. This includes messages, files, images, voice, video, links, and any other form of content.

We only process necessary metadata to route communication between users. Encrypted content is never retained, and we do not possess the keys to decrypt it.

We comply with law enforcement processes. However, we do not provide encrypted content under any request since we do not store it. To law enforcement agencies: ZyroByte does not retain encrypted messages or files. We are unable to provide content we cannot access or decrypt under any circumstance.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in Canada or other countries where we or our providers operate. We apply strong safeguards to ensure secure transfer and processing under applicable laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as required to fulfill services, comply with law, or resolve disputes. As a standard, data may be retained up to seven years, as recommended by GDPR and international privacy regulations. We securely remove it once no longer necessary.

8. Security Measures

We use strong security measures including encrypted traffic, access control, and secure system development. While no system is perfect, we continuously monitor and improve protection against threats or unauthorized access.

9. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, modify, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where applicable, or contact your regional data authority.

We do not knowingly collect information from users under the age of sixteen. If such data is found, we take steps to delete it immediately.
